1. Who we are and what this is
INZDR is a company registered in Monaco. It licenses digital twins of real people in sport (face and motion, voice, still likeness) to sponsors, on behalf of those people and with the approval of their management, and produces the licensed videos, voice messages and images itself. These terms govern every account on app.inzdr.io and every project requested through it.
A sponsor is the company that holds the account. The person who sends a request, approves a version, pays or downloads acts for that company and confirms they may do so.
2. The licence
Every project carries one of three licences, chosen by its use case: Private Experience, Business Relationships or Brand Activation. The term, the channels and the territory of each are shown with every quote and in the project. The licence covers the delivered files only, for the agreed use, and nothing else.
The likeness, the voice and the name of the person remain theirs. Neither the sponsor nor INZDR acquires them. A licence does not imply endorsement beyond the approved words and images.
Management of the person approves every script, text and image brief before production. Management may decline a request, and may pause a running project when circumstances change; delivered files stay licensed for their term.
3. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are quoted in US dollars, net, excluding VAT. VAT is applied on the invoice according to the sponsor's country and VAT registration; EU businesses outside France receive a reverse-charge invoice, French businesses are invoiced with French VAT, businesses outside the EU are invoiced without VAT.
A quote has three parts: the licence fee, the managed service and production per unit (a video or voice message of 15–25 s, or one image). Speed is charged on the whole quote: priority (5 working days) +25 % on the whole quote, rush (48 hours) +50 % on the whole quote. A long video or voice message (up to 60 s) is 2.5× production; longer than a minute is quoted by hand. B-roll from the sponsor's own assets adds 50 % to production, music or sound design 10 %.
Payment comes before production. After management approves the script, INZDR sends the project offer (price, licence terms, delivery time, these terms) to the sponsor's inbox; the sponsor accepts it in the platform, which is recorded with name, time and device. INZDR then issues the invoice and a project agreement for electronic signature; once both sides have signed, payment is due by bank transfer to the account on the invoice. Production and the delivery clock start on the day the payment arrives. Every project is agreed and paid on its own: there is no online checkout and no subscription.
4. Production, concept takes and revisions
INZDR produces offline from the approved script and the brief. 3 concept takes are produced before the batch so the sponsor can choose the look; the chosen take becomes the template for the project. One round of changes on a delivered version is included. Each further round is charged at 25 % of the production fee of the project.
Changes that alter the approved script go back to management for approval and may change the quote. A change of face, use case or licence is a new project.
Names and personal fields come from the sponsor's list. Unmatched or ambiguous names are flagged in the quality check, never guessed.
5. Previews, watermark and AI label
Every version delivered for review is watermarked and is for review only. It may not be published, shared outside the sponsor's team or used in any other way.
Clean files carry the agreed AI label. INZDR applies the label and the provenance data required by the law of the place of use, including the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act, and the sponsor keeps them intact.
6. No changes after download
Clean files carry the agreed AI label. Any edit, cut, re-voice, re-time, overlay or other change made to a file after download, by you or by anyone on your behalf, is a breach of the licence with legal consequences for the intellectual property it carries. This rule is not negotiable.
This includes, without limitation: cutting, trimming, re-timing, re-voicing, dubbing, translating, adding or removing music, overlays, captions, logos or end cards, generating further material from the files, and training or fine-tuning any model on them. If the sponsor needs a different version, it requests it through the platform.
A breach ends the licence of the project with immediate effect, entitles the person and INZDR to injunctive relief and damages, and may be reported to the authorities where the altered material misleads the public.
7. Accounts, seats and security
Accounts are opened with a company e-mail address. The owner of a company account manages its seats and roles; the owner is responsible for the people they invite. Sign-in links are personal and may not be forwarded.
INZDR keeps a record of every request, approval, note, acceptance, payment and download, with the person, the time and the device, and makes that record available to the sponsor in the project report.
8. Data
Guest lists, scripts, assets and files are processed to deliver the project and kept in private storage in the European Union. INZDR processes personal data of the sponsor's guests on the sponsor's instructions as a processor; a data processing agreement is available on request. Personal data of the licensed people is processed with their consent under their own agreement with INZDR.
9. Liability and law
INZDR's liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project, except for wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow a limitation. INZDR does not guarantee results of a campaign.
These terms are governed by the law of the Principality of Monaco. The courts of Monaco have jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands.
