FAQ
Questions sponsors ask first.
Control
Who approves what the digital twin says?+
Two sides, every time. Someone in your team sends the script; the person's management approves it. No approval, no production. INZDR reads every first request and every Brand Activation before it reaches management.
Can we make the person say anything?+
No. Only approved scripts, or approved templates with personal fields such as a name or an event. A friendly message is not a product endorsement; the licence and the rules of each face say what is possible.
Who owns the likeness and the voice?+
The person. They grant a licence for defined uses, markets and a period of time. Neither your company nor INZDR owns their face or voice.
What if the person says stop or changes team?+
New production stops from that date; open requests are put on hold and reviewed, with the reason shown in your project. Delivered videos follow the contract.
Could someone misuse the twin?+
You receive finished videos, never the model. INZDR produces each one offline from an approved script and records it in the project report.
Price and licence
What does a video cost?+
Three parts: the licence (by use and by the face's rate tier), a managed service, and production per 30-second video. Priority (5 working days, +25 %) and rush (48 hours, +50 %) apply to production only, never to the licence. Faces sit in four rate tiers keyed to what the market already pays them for an appearance: A+ for the icons of the sport, A for global names, B for paddock names, C for rising names. Every face's page shows its rate card; the quote builder gives the total in four taps.
Why three licences?+
Private Experience covers greetings and internal messages that are never published. Business Relationships covers named recipients and your own channels, 90 days. Brand Activation covers your owned and paid digital channels, 12 months. The licence follows the use, not the face.
We sponsor a team. Are these rights included?+
Usually not. Personal, team and series rights are separate. INZDR clears the digital likeness with the person and their management, and checks your partnerships so you only see faces that fit.
Does a small deal weaken a big one?+
No. A small licence is private, limited and has an end date. If a small company competes in a big sponsor's category, its request is refused; the marketplace shows the reason.
When do we pay?+
On download. Every version comes as a watermarked preview first; you approve, pay, and the clean master is released with the invoice and the licence certificate.
Production
What do we have to provide?+
A script of up to 30 seconds, the film brief (setting, standing or sitting, outfit, front camera or front and side angles), brand assets, and for personalised videos the guest list and how names are pronounced.
How long does it take?+
Ten working days from management approval as standard; management typically answers within three working days. Priority is five days, rush 48 hours.
How do we review a film?+
Each version appears in your project. Pause where something should change and add a note at that second. Send it back; INZDR answers every note in the next version. Approve a version and the clean file follows payment.
Who in my team can do what?+
The owner manages seats and settings. A purchaser sends projects, approves films and pays. A requester sends projects and reviews films. A viewer sees projects and reports. Team-mates are invited by email and sign in without a password.
Law and data
Is this compatible with GDPR and the EU AI Act?+
It is built for both: written consent for face and voice, a licence per project, and every video labelled as AI-generated. Your legal team can review the set-up and the standard terms before the first project. These answers describe how INZDR works; they are not legal advice.
Where is the data stored?+
INZDR is a Monaco company. The platform runs on EU servers in Frankfurt; a move to Monaco Cloud is planned. Guest lists and films live in private storage, visible only to your company and INZDR.
Do our employees' representatives need to be involved?+
For employee-facing use in Germany, plan for it: depending on the system, co-determination rights can apply. Involve them from the start.
